H&M tweed blazer | Asos pussybow blouse | F21 corduroy flares | H&M bucket bag | Madewell crest pin | H&M fox & rabbit stacked rings | Zara leather court heels | OPI "You Don't Know Jacques" nail lacquer
It all started off with this pair of corduroy flares. Then some ruffles, a tweed jacket, and a cognac stowaway bag were added, and all of a sudden it was time to dash away to the English countryside. Just imagine- wild horses, historic castles, quaint villages, and all things prim and proper. Although it has been years since I've visited the English countryside, I still like to reminiscence of what seems like a faraway land. Rolling hills with a borough tucked in here and there, bluebells fencing country lanes, and fragile streams that sing with the resounding strength of a symphony all make up this panorama. Perhaps Jane Austen novels that I read when I was younger are at fault for my whimsical thoughts. Or perhaps that any girl likes to feel and be treated like an aristocratic lady. You may serve the afternoon tea now, my dear.

I love that this look came together so naturally, and yet it looks like all fo the pieces were meant to be together. There's something so fresh about it, and yet a very classic 70s element at the same time. Annie Hall-esque, and yet feminine. Just gorgeous!
