Romwe leopard print shift dress | Urban Outfitters lace blouse | F21 and H&M bracelets | Sam Edelman Lorissa leather heels
One of the sweetest things to receive for my birthday was this leopard print dress. My friend, Angel, surprised me with it and I was immediately enamored with the pattern and bold hues. Totally wild and playful, and I'm a sucker for dresses. I have been pretty addicted to anything of the open range feline and striped horse clan as of late.
It has been around 115-118 degrees with the heat index for awhile here. So when we received a hiatus from the sun's rage with a random thunderstorm and the atmosphere cooled down to a tepid 90 degrees, we took advantage of the discontinuity and snapped some shots. I am insanely envious of you guys who are enjoying around 70 degree weather right now. Trust me, earth's oven has only just been pre-heated. Time to down some iced lemonade and watch the safari on television.

i've been wanting a pair of these lorissa for the longest... not sure if i should get them or not. if i do, it'd be the nude/white ones. i love anything that doubles as a weapon. hehe

OMG! 115 degrees?! :( I hope this week brings you some cooler weather. It's only in the high 80's here in Hawaii, and most days I'm miserable when I'm outside. I used to look forward to summers as a child, but these days, I'd rather save my skin from the scorching sun and heat!
