This is my electrified version of the "lbd." And by "lbd," I mean "little blue dress," and not the signature black. With a naval telescope, my wardrobe may appear seemingly endless with black apparel. The increasing tide towards vivid colors has encouraged me to step out into the sunshine and muster up the courage to wear incandescent shades. 

These three-toned sandals were the perfect complements to this electric blue dress. Classic black heels may have seemed to be the obvious skipper for the outfit, but neon colors were needed for smooth sailing. And what better way to anchor the look and veer starboard than with a bright hued clutch?
